We were very excited when a couple booked the winery for their wedding a couple of months back. The COUPLE: Elizabeth and Robert. Liz’s dream was to have her wedding at a winery. When they came to Ungrapeful Winery to talk about having their wedding on 4th of July weekend, we were happy to oblige.
The date was set, July 2, 2016. The rest of the details were just going to have to fall in its place. After numerous trips to the winery, more than a couple of emails back and forth, the day has finally arrived.
Armed with friends and family, Liz transformed the winery grounds into her vision. Honoring the patriotic weekend, there were American flags everywhere and colors of red and blue.

They wanted everything to be festive, simple and laid back with nature as their backdrop. That is what they got… and more. The weather was perfect. Slightly cloudy but with out a drop of rain. Not too hot, no too cold.
Liz and the bridal party were waiting for everyone to get ready.

Cue was given. And off they went to start the ceremony. Had a small glitch getting the wedding march song going but it all worked out in the end. Thank you to Gashouse Annie for providing the entertainment all night.

Too bad I had to stop taking pictures because I got busy behind the tasting counter. We hope everyone enjoyed their time at the winery celebrating this wonderful couple.
To Liz & Bob congratulations and best wishes from all of us here at Ungrapeful Winery.
